The Zeo Battle Helmets were introdued in this episode even tthough 1 of them had already debuted, the one that already debuted was the Zeo 5 Battle Helmet which is the standard Helmet for the Megazord.
Zeo 1's Battle Helmet allows them to use Zeo Cannon Power.
Zeo 2's Battle Helmet allows them to use Zeo Rocket Power.
Zeo 3's Battle Helmet allows them to use Zeo Pyramid Power.
Zeo 4's Battle Helmet allows them to use Zeo Gravity Power.
